When you purchase one of our products such as this IP66 Double Outdoor Socket, you’ll have 14 days from the date of your order to return it in exchange for a replacement or a refund.

Please bear in mind that this is a special order product that we don’t keep in our warehouse which is why we’ll have to charge a 15% restocking fee in the event of a return.

It comes complete with a 12-month manufacturer’s replacement guarantee just in case something goes awry in the future.
