Tribeca LED Light FlowersNew York based design studio BWArchitects blew away visitors to the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival with a stunning LED lights installation.

LED FlowersA sea of delicate pink, purple and white flowers were assembled by hand using steel rods and translucent paper. Each flower holds a total of 1,600 LED lights, anchored to painted wooden bases.

Flowers Installed Up The Steps Of The Courthouse In New YorkThe flowers were then installed up the steps of the courthouse in New York where the festival was being held – the evening breeze causing them to gently sway in the wind.

Justin Weiner of Studio Kenji created this video showing the installation in action.
