The Penglai Fishermans NE Pendant Shade With Wire Basket (Shade Only) offers a retro lantern-style downlighter that would look great in a hallway or kitchen setting. The cement, black or chrome finish comes on a metal shade, with a chrome effect basket surrounding the bulb.
