Contract for the Supply of Products and Services
The display of goods on the Wholesale LED Lights website amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Wholesale LED Lights unless, and until, an email is sent by Wholesale LED Lights to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.
This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Wholesale LED Lights of your offer to buy goods or services from Wholesale LED Lights and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

Descriptions, Prices and Product Information
The content displayed on the pages of this website is for your general information and use only and is subject to change without notice. All prices advertised exclude VAT @ 20%. VAT is added and displayed on the shopping cart and at checkout, as well as on your invoice.
We have taken great care to ensure that all content displayed on this website is accurate and in particular that all prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. Where inaccuracies, errors or omissions do occur, we reserve the right to correct and update this information at our discretion and without prior notice.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
If an item is mistakenly under priced, we will not be liable for supplying that item at the stated price, provided we notify you before the item(s) are dispatched. In those circumstances, you will be notified of the correct price so you can decide whether or not you wish to proceed with the order. If not, you will be issued with a full refund in accordance with our refund policy.
Equivalent Wattage Terms And Conditions
All equivalent wattage figures that are stated on product descriptions, specification tables or anywhere else on our website are based on halogen lights unless otherwise stated, and are for guidance purposes only.
Lumen Count Terms And Conditions
The lumen count stated on all product descriptions, specification tables and anywhere else on our website do not account for any blockages of light and subsequent lumens that may be lost as a result of the fitting into which they are placed, or through this any other means.
Bulk Buy Policy
All customers who purchase from the Wholesale LED Lights website are eligible for bulk buy discounts. These discounts can be changed or refused without notice. To ensure availability of all our products, customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.
Bulk buy discounts are calculated based on volume purchases of the same product and not the sum total of items in the shopping cart. Bulbs of a different colour temperature are classified as different products. For example, a purchase of 16 warm and 4 cool of the same bulb will not qualify you for our 20 plus discount.
Processing of Orders
All orders placed on the Wholesale LED Lights website are charged for at the time of placing the order. After this time you will not be able to amend your order, but you may cancel if you wish.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. We accept no liability for delays resulting from incorrect payment details. We are not obliged to notify a customer if their order is incomplete, but we may do so if correct contact information has been supplied.
Upon placing an order you will receive a confirmation of purchase and an electronic invoice.
Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders placed before 4pm weekdays (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm are dispatched the next working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
Please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for delivery. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, please contact us and we will give you the option of a full refund on any payments you have made.
Delivery will be made to the address specified upon completion of the order, unless otherwise agreed. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or delay resulting from incorrect delivery information (unless caused by our negligence).
Some items are special orders, and are not held on shelf. For this reason, any special order items will require an additional 2-3 days dispatch time.

LED Strip Lights
Wholesale LED Lights offers you the chance to get LED Strip Lights cut to bespoke lengths. Please be aware that we reserve the right to limit this to 3cut lengths per order. If you wish to place an order for over 3 cuts then please call us on 0116 321 4120 to place your order.
Wholesale LED Lights or any of its affiliated companies are not responsible for any modifications carried out to any products by customers after dispatch, including but not limited to rewiring, dismantling, cutting of LED Tape or any other alterations, and do not accept liability for any damage caused as a result of cutting, soldering or any other tampering after the product has been dispatched. In this situation, Wholesale LED Lights are not obliged to offer a refund or exchange.
Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to test any LED Strip Lights dispatched by Wholesale LED Lights prior to installation. It is also the customer's responsibility to check that any tape, drivers, controllers or accessories are suitable for their installation prior to installing, and that in the event of any incorrect items, Wholesale LED Lights should be notified immediately.
Cancellation by the Customer
Under the The Consumer Right Act 2015 you have the legal right to cancel an order within fourteen days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any bespoke or special order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation, nor will you have to pay a penalty unless otherwise stated. However, you will need to notify us in writing or by email. You will then have a further fourteen days to send your goods back to us from the date on which you notified us.
If the item(s) have not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund the amount in accordance with our refund policy.
If the item(s) have been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the non-faulty returns procedure outlined in our returns policy.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
1. We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order
2. We do not deliver to your area
3. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card within 30 days of your order in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations.
If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we will refund the cost of your order and any delivery charges.
If you are entitled to a refund and the goods have been dispatched, you will need to return the items to us with fourteen days of notifying us of your return before we can refund the cost of your goods.
Refunds will not be made until all items have been returned. It is the customer's responsibility for returning items to our warehouse at their own cost and risk.
Refunds will be made to the card or Pay Pal account used to make payment within 30 days of the date of cancellation or, in the case that an order has already been dispatched, from the date the items are received back at our warehouse.

Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Wholesale LED Lights nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or products supplied. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order place on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
Unless otherwise stated, all products on this website are subject to a 2 year manufacturers warranty. Any items returned to us under warranty are done so at the buyer's cost. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure to perform arising as a result of any Acts of God or from any abuse, misuse, abnormal use or use in violation of any applicable standard, code or instructions for use including without limitation those contained in the latest safety, industry and/or electrical standards for the relevant region(s).
- using our dimmable LED Bulbs with anything other than a recommended trailing edge dimmer switch.
- using our low voltage LED bulbs with anything other than a recommended LED driver.
As of 1st April 2013, the 5 Year Warranty scheme was introduced where you can apply, via post, for a free warranty extension.
Wofi Lights Extended Warranty
All products supplied from Wofi (all products with “WFI” at the beginning of their SKUs) can have their warranties extended from 2 years to 5 years at no additional charge.
To do this, you must create an account on Wofi’s website that you can find here, and register your products online.
Changes in Terms
Wholesale LED Lights reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Wholesale LED Lights website.
Payment Authentication (3D Secure)
Your security is our highest priority, so we offer an additional step to give you peace of mind. Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code (often referred to as 3-D Secure or Payment Authentication) acts like a Chip & Pin for your on-line purchases and protects you by asking for a secret password. The new step within the payment process allows your card issuer to fully authenticate cardholders during the on-line purchase, reducing the likelihood of fraudulent usage.
