Ordering and Delivery Information
Ordering with Wholesale LED Lights is quick and simple. Please see the information below on how to place an order and information relating to delivery.
Ordering By Phone
Orders can be placed over the phone by calling our customer service team. To save time we ask customers to supply the specific product code(s) of the items they are interested in purchasing.
Wholesale LED Lights accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank transfer
- Cash (in person)
Change or Cancel an Order
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days from the date on which you receive your goods to cancel your order. Should you choose to do so, you will then have a further 14 days from when you have notified us to return the goods to us.
To add items to your order, please place a new order for these items. Normally your items will be sent out as a single order, but we can't always guarantee this.
To change the details of your delivery address, remove items from your order, or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team on 0116 321 4120 or email email@example.com. Please be ready to quote your order number and/or post code.
If your order has already been dispatch or delivered, you will need to follow our returns procedure.
We currently charge £1.99 postage and packaging for orders under £40.00. This is a Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service and takes between 2 and 3 working days. For orders over £40.00 this service is free. We also offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service for £2.99. About 90% of the time this service will arrive the next working day, but it is not guaranteed, so please allow for delays.
Please note that any orders for LED Tape will take an addditional 2-3 days before dispatch, as they are bespoke, cut to length items.
For larger items we use a Fed-Ex courier service.

Our international shipping rates are as follows:
- European Shipping: £3.33.
- Outside the EU: £10.83.
These rates will be automatically generated based on the delivery information you input.
Please note that there may be additional charges on top of the rates stated above, depending on the delivery location.
We aim to keep you informed throughout the entire delivery process. Once we have received your order you will receive an e-mail order confirmation and a notification of dispatch when your order has left our warehouse. We will also send you a unique tracking number which you can use to track your order and which allows us to see that the items have reached you safe and sound.
Special Order Items
The following items are not available for immediate dispatch and take a few extra days on top of normal delivery. If you need your items urgently, please contact our customer service team on 0116 321 4120 we will be able to give you an estimated delivery date.
Please note that these items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the order is cancelled or items are returned.
How do I track my order?
When we dispatch your order we will supply you with a unique tracking number which you can use to track your order. You can track your order using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
What happens if my items go missing?
If for any reason you don't receive your order when expected, please contact us within 3 working days. As delivery services are not 100% guaranteed, particularly during busy periods like Christmas, we do ask that you allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
If after a couple of days your order has still not reached you, we will investigate and, if necessary, send you some new items to replace the ones you haven't received.
If you have faulty, missing or incorrect goods then please contact a member of our customer service team on 0116 321 4120 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If any items from your order are missing then you will have to contact us ASAP. We are unable to make a claim with the courier if we inform them 24 hours after delivery.
Force Majeure no liability will be accepted by Wholesale LED Lights for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
All Mirrorstone products come with a 2 year warranty as standard. On certain products, including bulbs and strip lights, this can be extended to 5 years.
